An accomplished trainer and instructional designer, Pam has two decades of experience in the design, development, and delivery of training programs and instructional materials for leader-led, self-paced and CBT/WBT formats.
She has developed computer and Web-based training solutions for Fortune 500 clients; participated in the development of enterprise-wide Learning Plans; and conducted a region-wide training needs analysis for the Ministry of Forests. She was instrumental in the design and marketing of a powerful training administration software program, and oversaw the production, distribution, and marketing of a comprehensive line of technical training manuals.
Pam continues to deliver technology training courses for public and private sector clients, and has presented at numerous conferences, expositions and trade shows including Internet World, Information Highways, and the Canadian Woman Entrepreneur of the Year conference.

The sample at right shows one of several activities designed for the Body Wonders series of pamphlets developed on behalf of the Society for Canadian Women in Science and Technology. The Wonders series was created to encourage girls in math and science.
The sample at left is a snippet from one of the many pieces of promotional copy Pam wrote for a Canadian company that specialized in importing Indonesian art objects.
The third sample, at right, is a screen capture from a training CD-ROM developed for a telecommunications company. Pam wrote content for several such CDs. Intended for busy sales people, these resources needed to be able to present complex technological concepts in quick "sound bytes."
The fourth sample, at left, is a snippet from one of several promotional documents Pam reworked for a digital mapping product. This material used language its audience of mapping technicians could be expected to understand.
