The third sample, at right, is a screen capture from a training CD-ROM developed for a telecommunications company. Pam wrote content for several such CDs. Intended for busy sales people, these resources needed to be able to present complex technological concepts in quick "sound bytes."

The fourth sample, at left, is a snippet from one of several promotional documents Pam reworked for a digital mapping product. This material used language its audience of mapping technicians could be expected to understand.
